Mentoring
Self-awareness, reflection and personal growth are essential for quality professional practice. Yet finding the time to focus attention on you, your strengths and areas for development is not always easy.
Our specialist mentoring programme can both challenge and inspire. It is designed to help directors, managers and those with aspirations to improve their personal brand, employment positioning and career potential as well as focus on programmes, organisations and practices for which you may be responsible.

Our sessions generally last for one hour and may require some reflection, tasks or research activity between sessions. Your programme can be supported by just one of our mentors or with collaborative input from the whole team.
We recommend between three and ten mentoring sessions depending on your needs and ambitions.
